The New York law allowing for an abortion performed by non-doctors up until the point of birth in many cases, which opponents say goes way beyond Roe v. Wade, has brought the rights of the children in womb back to the forefront of the national conversation, and despite their names, many human rights groups and women's rights groups support the controversial bills.
