DNC chairman Perez insists there's 'no philosophical debate' among Dems on health care principles



Democratic National Committee chairman Tom Perez told Fox News' "Special Report with Bret Baier" on Tuesday that there is "no philisophical debate" in the party that universal health care is necessary, although he conceded there is no consensus on how to achieve that goal.
